Sales Administrator

Location; Portsmouth

Hours of work: Monday to Friday core working hours -37.5 hours

Salary: Starting salary between £18000 -£20000 per annum plus fantastic benefits which include the following

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very well established and hugely successful business based in Portsmouth Due to huge success, our client is looking to develop their project team and are looking for a sales administrator to support a specialist department

Our client provide products and services to multiple businesses and as part of their process need to support clients with specialist administration and reporting

As a sales administrator you will be responsible for the following :

  • To provide support to clients with regards to their contracts
  • To understand the contractual obligations of each client and MI reporting, paperwork and any annual audit requirements or information updates
  • To produce monthly and quarterly MI reports
  • To review content of reports to ensure information provided is accurate and valid prior to submission and communicate with the sales teams as necessary to validate data and remove errors
  • To ensure that each report is submitted in the format required by the contracted deadlines to avoid non-compliance
  • To undertake annual audits as necessary
  • To add new and associated information to the centralised system
  • To provide assistance to the sales and account management teams with generalist administration
  • To carry out checks to ensure that all contractual documentation is completed on the relevant templates with the appropriate information to conform to required standards as part of new business validation process
  • Supporting the Office Manager in office management activities including dealing with;
    • franking machine
    • Facilities
    • Office supplies - placing orders twice a week
    • Post - organising collections
    • Completion of customer satisfaction questionnaires
    • Booking travel and accommodation for certain staff members and management of Sales Director's calendar

  • Will have excellent attention to detail
  • Will have strong communication skills and experience
  • Will have good reporting and analytical skills
  • Will be advanced in using Microsoft Excel to use as a reporting tool
  • Will be able to work on their own initiative
  • Will be able to multi task
