Monday to Friday - Between 7am to 5pm
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Sales Administrator for a Product Specialists based in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a forward-thinking team.
- Handling customers enquiries over the phone and face to face
- Prepare quotes, raise sales orders and invoices
- Maximising all sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling
- Build long-lasting relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing agreements with suppliers, changes and amendments
- Occasionally acting as point of contact for customers
- Providing support to the sales team, carrying out adhoc duties when needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous experience working in a Sales Administrator/Coordinator or Sales Support role!
- Must ideally be experienced in estimations and price lists, although this is not essential!
- Will have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organised and have a keen eye for attention to detail
- Will be a strong negotiator and have commercial awareness
- Be PC literate and have a good understanding of all Microsoft Packages
