Sales Account Manager - Gosport
£18,000 - £23,000 P/A + £35-£45k OTE & Company Benefits
Monday to Friday - Full Time - 9am to 5.30pm
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an industry leading organisation looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their team.
On starting this role you will be provided with a hugely successful portfolio of existing clients to start building relationships with and begin to maximise. The rest of the role will be made up with duties such as:
- Following up with lapsed clients
- Discussing products and services with new clients - there is NO cold calling expected in this role, you will be following up warm leads generated by exhibitions, events, trade shows etc.
- Proactively speaking to customers about their individual requirements and offering a consultative personalised service
- Running daily & weekly sales reports to provide to senior management
- Monitoring trends and changes in customer sales figures
- Attending exhibitions, trade shows and events to represent the company and meet with your clients
- Managing your own work load and pipeline of potential sales
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous sales experience! This will ideally be from an office based environment, however my client will consider someone from a motor/car sales background also!
- Will need to be willing to discuss customers requirements over the phone and proactively contact customers by making outbound calls
- Will need to be target driven, have the ability to multi-task and posses strong negotiation skills
- Must be personable and articulate with customers over the phone and will need to be literate and have good spelling & grammar!
