Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 P/A + commission

Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively recruiting a SaaS Business Development Manager for an organisation based in the heart of Portsmouth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a resilient and sales-driven individual to work closely with the Sales Director, in delivering a new solution to the financial functions of organisations.
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
- Pursue sales leads within the Financial Services sector and develop strong new business relationships.
- Manage the entire sales process whilst focusing on quality and customer service.
- Negotiate and close long-term contracts, using the full range of sales techniques.
- Build and maintain a vigorous sales pipeline.
- Deliver successful presentations.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts to the Sales and Marketing Director.
- Support with ad-hoc projects when necessary and attend weekly sales meetings.
The ideal Business Development Manager will:
- MUST come from a credit/risk, financial software background with SaaS selling experience!!
- Must be a money-motivated individual who comes from a target and sales-driven environment!
- Have a positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
- Be a confident negotiator with the ability to close a deal.
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
