Location: Chandlers Ford

Dynamite recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very well established and fast-growing business based in Chandlers Ford. Due to further growth within the business our client is looking to expand the Hr department and are looking for a new addition to the Rewards and benefits team
As a Rewards Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the Rewards Manager with the Delivery of the reward strategy. You will contribute to the reward policies and procedures and look to continuously Improve and manage the rewards activity which will include bench marking, management of employee benefits and pension schemes.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Reward Advisor will include the following:
  • Assisting the Pay & Reward Manager in developing, planning for and delivering reward and HR projects
  • Undertaking salary bench marking surveys and bench marking exercises for benefits and pensions as required
  • Compile and report the firm's data submissions to Survey providers as required
  • Manage the bonus' reporting process and liaise with Finance regarding the processing of the firm's annual bonus
  • Assisting the Reward Manager with the Gender Pay Gap reporting
  • Act as the Primary point of contact for all employees and colleagues for all reward related queries providing advice and guidance where necessary
  • Administer the companies Job Evaluation process including assisting managers to write the relevant documents in a consistent way
  • Provide pay & reward advice to managers across the group including job evaluation, grading structures, salary setting, promotion, any other pay changes and incentives
  • Assist the Pay & Reward Manager with the annual pay review process including spread sheet collation, analysis and letter mail merges.

The ideal candidate
  • Will be a self-starter
  • Will ideally have experience within Reward and remuneration policies
  • Will have strong analytical and administration skills
  • Will be very organised
  • Will be advanced in using excel
  • Previous Hr experience would be beneficial
