Renewals Executive
£25,000 + Commission
Monday to Friday Flexi Hours
 
Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our highly reputable client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit a Renewals Executive to join their growing team!
 
My client has some really ambitious growth plans for the coming years so this would be a great opportunity for someone with drive and someone wanting a career
 
The main initial purpose of the role will be to work with the Account Managers to establish an effective renewals process that, in a GDPR compliant fashion, is able to contact the existing customers and renew the contract and to recognise opportunities to offer alternative brand solutions.
 
Duties will include but not limited too:
  • Manage current customers, whose Contract Hire agreement is due to end in defined time frame, and offer a new agreement, an extension or to confirm end of contract procedures.
  • Become comfortable with/expert in the operation of the internal systems in order to be able to conduct the above efficiently and effectively.
  • Build a strong working relationship with customers, working collaboratively together in a partnership to ensure client and team objectives are met.
  • Become the first line of contact for direct sales and be able to take customers efficiently through to sale.
  • Become first line of contact for web leads and enquiries from the website/webchat
  • Maximise the sale of maintenance agreements to contract hire customers and any future add on products
  • Build and maintain professional, effective relationships with all internal and external departments
  • Ensure the accurate reporting and administration of all sales and activities
  • To share best practices and improvements across the wider team
  • Ad hoc tasks as agreed with the Account Manager
