Relationship Manager /Account Manager - Automotive
Location : Stokenchurch, Bucks
Hours of Work :9am to 5.30PM Monday to Friday
Salary : £22,000 with a potential bonus of £2,400.
Duration :This is a temporary ingoing position with a possibility to remain permanently for the right person

They are well recognised for the support they offer to very well-known brands and as a result are now looking to expand their Client relationships team
As part of the client relationship team you will be responsible for managing relationships with one of their largest clients
You will make calls to build and maintain long standing relationships and ensure that the client is happy and therefore will renew contracts
As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering incremental improvement in finance renewals across the network and to continually improve the service and experience given to our customers.
You will achieve this by contacting and supporting customers throughout the duration of their Finance Contract Hire Agreement, building a strong relationship and discussing renewal of their agreement.
You will provide excellent customer services and manage the customers expectation
You will negotiate where necessary and cross sell other products and services
You will support this with the completion of important documentation and general administration
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customers and who will provide an exceptional customer experience by professionally and effectively handling all customer contact.
Excellent communication and personal presentation skills are vital along with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and delivering persuasive presentations through various contact mediums.
The successful candidates will ideally possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills gained in a contact center environment
- The ability to work well in a team and influence customers & colleagues
- A self-motivated, positive, 'can do' attitude with the desire to achieve a KPI of 70 calls per day
- A confident and articulate telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
- Excellent listening skills and a high level of customer focus
- Professional and friendly attitude with great energy and enthusiasm
- Previous experience as an account manager would be desired although not essential
