Regional Office Based Sales Manager
Part Time - 10 Month Maternity Contract
Salary is Based on Experience
Dynamite Recruitment are working on behalf of a very successful and well-known company who are currently seeking an Office Based Sales Manager to work for their sales team.
- Manage current clients and build strong relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Create new business to exceed targets
- Provide the yearly sales plan
- Collaborate with shareholders
- Sourcing new customer leads to maximise sales targets, phoning customers and following up on enquiries
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous sales experience in an agricultural/horticultural role
- Must be able to build long lasting relationships and good rapport with customers
- Will be a self-motivated, determined and target driven individual
- Will need to be confident with negotiating and presenting with and on behalf of customers
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
- Will need to have excellent organisation skills
