What we are looking for...
We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to work alongside a senior member of the team. This is an extremely challenging yet enjoyable and varied role, which will involve developing a network of candidates on the CRM system, advertising vacancies, lead sourcing, resourcing and screening candidates for specific vacancies. You will assist with telephone, online videoing and face to face interviewing, whilst dealing with a host of telephone enquiries from our clients and candidates.
What experience is required...
- Previous experience within a recruitment office would be strongly preferred. Whether that be a consultant looking to move away from sales or a resourcer/administrator or from an internal recruitment background.
- Got to love talking to people
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Can Do attitude
- Positive, enthusiastic and joyful character!
- Smart personal presentation
- Good level of education (Grade C and above in Maths and English GCSE)
