Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Fareham
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 P/A
Hours of work: Core hours, Monday to Friday
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator for a well-known service provider based in Fareham! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a successful and vibrant team, and as part of a business who can offer you progression and longevity.
  • Working closely alongside the HR Manager and Senior Management with recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Managing and overseeing the recruitment life cycle of all staff, from selection through to induction.
  • Creating internal and external job adverts and managing applications via online job boards, social media and campaigns.
  • Pre-screening and shortlisting suitable candidates to specific roles.
  • Arranging and conducting interviews, providing questions and keeping all contacts updated on the recruitment process.
  • Building effective-working relationships with senior management and supporting other areas of the business.
  • Carrying adhoc duties as and when requested by the HR Manager.
The ideal candidate will:
  • MUST have a full UK driving license as travel may occasionally be required!
  • Have 1-2 years working Recruitment experience.
  • Be highly organised with strict time-management skills.
  • PC literate – including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
