Recruitment Executive - Dynamite Technical
Focus will be to account manage and support a large national client on a daily basis within part of a team yet also have the flexibility to build new business within the technical sector. A fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, perfect for someone with previous technical recruitment experience who wants to share their time between account managing and sales.
60% Account Management
40% New Business
Recruitment Account Manager / Executive - Dynamite Commercial
Focus in this role will be to take on and manage a number of different existing clients with current business. Nurture and lead these relationships yet recognise development areas when they arise, resource and source candidates for existing and new vacancies following the process through from start to finish.
70% Account Management
30% New Business
What experience is required...
To qualify for this opportunity we are looking for someone with previous experience in Recruitment. We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with an internal recruitment background or a consultant. What is important that you are able to demonstrate experience of working under pressure, to tight deadlines and be someone who will match everyone's energy in the office! You also must have a good level of intelligence, be a positive and fun character with a professional and 'can do' attitude.
Smart personal presentation is essential, as is infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
