Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the team of Directors and Recruitment Managers, ensuring that applicants are sourced, screened and registered within designated timescales determined by the needs of the business and its clients. You should be flexible and adaptable in your approach to your work and should be happy to lend support to the team in any required area.
  
Main Duties:
  
Finding, screening and registering candidates for specific vacancies as briefed by the team / manager using internet job boards
‘Pitching’ roles to candidates
Posting and refreshing adverts, rating responses, pre-screening and booking registration appointments for candidates, ensuring all applicants receive response emails via Broadbean
Meeting & greeting all visitors, offering refreshments
Ensuring all registrations are given correct paperwork to complete, that correct ID is copied and photographs are taken
Dealing with all telephone enquiries as a first point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
Scanning and uploading all registration packs to the database
Ensuring that all temp candidates are referenced and that correct Assignment Details Forms are sent to clients and candidates for temporary assignments
Producing and sending marketing e-shots & mailers as requested by the team
Producing creative drop materials and packaging client gifts & brochures in readiness for client meetings etc
Issuing placement letters for placed candidates and appropriate clients
Ensuring adequate stocks of marketing materials are maintained, producing new themed drop mailers where required
Assisting with event coordination – ie Employment Law Seminars etc
Opening and closing reception at beginning and of day – ensuring that reception area is kept clean and presentable, that up to date magazines and newspapers are available, powerpoint welcome presentation is updated regularly and is showing on a daily basis
Maintaining stocks of all sundries, consumables and office supplies to include stationery, milk, coffee etc, ensuring all office machines are serviceable
Other duties as may reasonably be required by management from time to time
