PART TIME RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER / COORDINATOR
£18K-£25Kpa FTE depending on experience + phone + overseas incentives + development
3 or 4 days or school hours - we can discuss all options!

Due to business demand Dynamite Recruitment is seeking someone with previous recruitment experience to join on a part time basis. Hours and days can be discussed and will determine whether a coordinator role or account manager role will be best suited to you.

What we are looking for... 

Dynamite Commercial is fast paced, challenging and exciting all at once! We require someone to help the team supply quality candidates to a large range of clients from various sectors. The role will involve sourcing and screening candidates, preparing CV's, interview preparation, advertising vacancies and general coaching and support for all candidates. Should the role involve account management (min 4 days per week) you will be responsible for taking over existing client relationships and managing their requirements from start to finish.


What experience is required... 

To qualify for this opportunity we are looking for someone with previous experience in Recruitment. We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with an internal recruitment background or a consultant. What is important that you are able to demonstrate experience of working under pressure, to tight deadlines and be someone who will match everyone's energy in the office! You also must have a good level of intelligence, be a positive and fun character with a professional and 'can do' attitude. 

Smart personal presentation is essential, as is infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
