Location: Southampton
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexi working hours)
Salary: £20,000 - £22,500 P/A + full company benefits

The Receptionist & Administrator will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors professionally.
- Delivering a first-class service via telephone, email and face to face.
- Handling enquiries and directing incoming calls to the appropriate department.
- Carrying out front of house duties, ensuring the reception area is kept clean, tidy and refreshments are available on arrival.
- Providing daily administrative support to a specialist team by filing records, completing data entry and maintaining the database.
- Organising meetings and reserving meeting rooms when necessary. Ordering and preparing office lunches.
- Organising domestic and international travel for the business.
- Ensuring visitors sign in and managing the car parking arrangements.
- Acting as a key holder.
The ideal Receptionist & Administrator will:
- MUST have a proven background of working in a Reception / Front of House role for at least 2 years!!
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to work to deadlines and meet targeted timeframes.
- Be competent in using Microsoft package including Excel, Outlook and Word.
