Purchase Ledger Team Leader
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader to join one of our top clients in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a thriving and growing business, managing a small team whilst supporting management implement a new software. You will report directly into the Assistant Financial Controller.
The Purchase Ledger Team Leader Role:
- Improve efficiencies by reviewing processes and procedures
- Performance of monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Ensuring the timely payment of supplier invoices via BACS and Cheque payments and complete weekly payruns
- Performance management and identifying individual training requirements
The Ideal Purchase Ledger Team Leader:
- Strong team management skills
- Previous experience with implementations
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Motivated with excellent communication skills
