Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Administrator
Part Time 3-4 days
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a busy and experienced team, in a fantastic office with a very friendly team who all enjoy working as a team.
The minimum requirement would be 25 hours, but flexibility will be available for the successful candidate.
The Role:


  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Data entry
  • Accounts Payable
  • Ensuring invoices are processed
  • Checking statements
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Matching delivery notes to invoices
  • Preparing Supplier Payment Runs via Sage 50 E-Payments
  • Processing monthly payments
  • Daily and weekly reconciliations tasks
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager

The Ideal Candidate:



  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Current experience using Sage 50 (essential)
  • IT Literate including advanced Excel
  • Bookkeeping and Payroll experience is desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
  • Strong telephone manner
