Purchase Ledger Clerk
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business based in Poole, reporting into the Accounts Assistant. This role will be covering all aspects of the purchase ledger function, processing invoices and setting up purchase orders.
- Maintain the purchase ledger from receipt of invoice and inputting to accounts software
- Statement and bank reconciliations
- Scanning hire delivery/collection notes to the system
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts
- Completing credit application forms
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- Competent Microsoft Office user with excellent Excel skills
- Strong communications skills
