Purchase Ledger Clerk

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a well-established business based in Havant, reporting into Senior Accounts Assistant. This role will be covering all aspects of the purchase ledger function, processing invoices and setting up purchase orders.

The Role:
  • Maintain the purchase ledger from receipt of invoice and inputting to accounts software
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Statement and bank reconciliations
  • Processing invoices for approval and sending invoices to Senior Management
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
  • Competent Microsoft Office user with excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communications skills
