Purchase Ledger Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well-established business based in Portsmouth, reporting into the Purchase Ledger Team Leader. This role will require the candidate to perform accurate accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.
The Purchase Ledger Administrator Role:
- Process and code credit notes/ invoices onto the system
- Promptly deal with supplier queries and payments
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintaining client accounts
The Ideal Purchase Ledger Administrator Candidate:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Self-motivated and good communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload
- Resourceful and resilient
