Purchase Ledger Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join one of our top clients based on the outskirts of Portsmouth on a temporary to permanent basis. This position will be office-based and be reporting into the Finance Manager.
- To maintain the purchase ledger from receipt of invoice and inputting to the accounts system
- Processing payments and multi-currency transactions
- Statement Reconciliations and reconcile company bank accounts on a weekly basis
- Pay out and reconcile petty cash and daily banking duties
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Studying AAT (desirable)
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise under pressure
- Competent Microsoft Office user with excellent Excel skills
This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
