Purchase Ledger Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a well-established business based in Portsmouth on a 5 month FTC, reporting into the Purchase Ledger Team Leader. This role will require the candidate to perform accurate accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.

The Role:
  • Process and code credit notes/ invoices onto the system
  • Promptly deal with supplier queries and payments
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Maintaining client accounts
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Self-motivated and good communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Resourceful and resilient
