Purchase Ledger Administrator
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join one of our top clients based in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and supportive team. The role will be providing financial information to internal and external stakeholders, reporting into the Financial Controller.
This position could go permanent for the successful candidate.
The Role:
- Posting high-volume purchase invoices and generating BACS payments
- Statement reconciliations and reconcile company bank accounts on a weekly basis
- Maintaining client accounts
- Supporting the finance department and help establish and implement new processes
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Use of Sage (desirable)
- Competent Microsoft Office user with excellent Excel skills
