Property Sales Co-ordinator - New Build

Salary: £20000 basic with the opportunity of £8000 commision

£28000 OTE with fantastic company benefits and a fantastic opportunity to develop within this position and company overall
Location: Bordon

Hours of work: You will need to be available to work between Monday and Sunday but will work 5 days on a rota basis per week.
You must be flexible to work between 10am and 6pm

Due to huge success and growth our client is now pursuing a new adventure and will be building their own properties across the UK

As a result the project will begin in Bordon and our client is now looking to recruit site Sales and Customer Service Executives to join the property new build team and support in the sales of their bespoke new build properties
Purpose of the job:

  • The sale of residential properties from site while working closely with other external partners
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the sales office and sales arena

    Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting customers who enter the showroom to enquire about new build properties
  • To offer advice , identify needs and support where possible to encourage a sales
  • To make calls out to a very warm and very successful database of potential customers to encourage them to visit the site
  • Building professional and effective relationships with potential purchasers and other property professionals ensuring the highest level of service at all times
  • Building confidence with potential purchases by selling the features and benefits of the home and the sales experience
  • Organise viewings, attend handovers, dealing with enquiries, correspondence and co-ordinating administrative work ensuring that sales are completed to agreed targets and financial returns are maximised.

    Other duties:
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional and customer service focused approach at all times
  • Maintains buyer interest effectively by using listening and negotiating skills
  • Ensure that the sales office is manned during published opening times which will include evening and weekend workin
  • Be aware of all relevant legislation, such as Consumer Credit Act, Health and Safety, Estate Agents Act, Data Protection, Money Laundering and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, and how they impact on the work of the Group. Be vigilant for changes to this legislation, working with the Home Ownership management team to update procedures as appropriate.
  • Attend promotional events to secure interest from potential purchasers and ensure that you are professional at all times and represent Radian Homes appropriately
  • Ensure all sales leads are followed up as soon as possible whilst recording all required information on the internal system
  • Take ownership and responsibility to develop product knowledge and site layout, always liaising with the site manager to ensure current knowledge of the build stage is accurate
  • Attend and facilitate weekly on site sales/build meetings with site manager or representative
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
  • Responsible for producing detailed reports on the progress of the site and highlighting any relevant market intelligence which would assist the marketing strategy

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with new build properties / working within property / estate agency previously

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with a minimum Grade C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematic
  • Sound working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of the property market, current and future market trends and a good awareness of the issues facing buyers
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the house sales and conveyancing process
  • An understanding of mortgages and how mortgage assessments are carried out by lenders
  • Experience in a busy sales environment. Experience of working as a member of the team and with the flexibility to cope with changes to work plans at short notice
  • Experience of carrying out detailed market research and competitor analysis, understanding trends and using this information to provide reasoned advice and recommendations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Be a driver with access to personal transport
