Project Coordinator
Location: Chandlers Ford
Salary: up to £25K (depending on experience)  
Hours of work: Full time / Monday – Friday / 9am – 5pm

We are now seeking a Project Coordinator to work from our newly refurbished state of the art Head Office in Chandler’s Ford.
The Role
  • Take enquiries from incoming calls/e-mails/To Do’s and from customers and technicians/engineers where appropriate
  • Ensure engineers have everything required to complete the installation
  • Allocate enquiries to Project Manager/technicians where appropriate
  • Enter new jobs onto Nav
  • Raise survey service order for technician quotations
  • Manage shared mailbox
  • Follow up quotations – maximising on our ability to gain new customers/projects
  • Once installation is complete collate all documentation and arrange for invoicing
  • To contact customers where appropriate to understand their needs
  • To engage fully with any appraisal/ feedback system the company has to offer
  • To be an integral part of the Projects Team in its day to day activities and future development
  • Ensure complaints and queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure supplier orders are processed on time
The Ideal Candidate
  • To have experience in a similar role
  • To be computer literate
  • To be highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • To have experience in projects (desired)
