Project Co-ordinator / Implementation Co-ordinator

Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £18000 -£20000
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30om

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a very well established and hugely successful business based in Portsmouth

Due to huge success, our client is looking to develop its Projects and Implementation department and are looking for a project support administrator with immediate effect

The Implementation Team administrator is required to provide customer focused support to a specialist department

You will support the project managers who work with customers directly to understand their requirements, and assist with the successful implementation of specialist products and services.

The role will focus on you providing key communications both written and verbal and acting as a co-ordinator between the Technical Project Managers and internal and external 3rd parties.

Key duties will include the following

  • Act as a point of contact between multiple departments and third parties with responsibility for:
    • Initial contact for the Implementation team such as answering calls and managing the team emails
    • Validation of all orders prior to processing
    • Assisting and supporting the relevant Project Manager with the implementation of customer solutions
    • Provisioning of
    • Support customers via telephone and email with day to day queries
  • Responsible for supporting the delivery of solutions whilst maintaining excellent customer experience
  • Escalate serious issues in a timely fashion to the relevant Project Manager.
  • Provide remote technical support to customers for 'How do I?' questions
  • Some administrative tasks will be required which could include the following :
    • Data processing of very important information
    • Handling written correspondence
    • Managing a task list, prioritizing work to be completed accordingly
    • Managing a centralized email system
    • Liaising with third parties as required
    • Ensuring all relevant customer documents are received and saved on internal systems

The ideal candidate will have / be

  • Organised, and have good attention to detail
  • Able to cope with an extremely busy environment and multitask between projects successfully
  • Good telephone manner with customers
  • Will have a can-do attitude
  • Will have experience in managing multiple tasks whilst meeting deadlines
  • Previous experience within a technical environment or within project management would be advantageous although not essential
