Product Support Technician

Location: Petersfield

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 P/A (experience depending) including on call allowance

Hours of work: 8 hour shifts which will be 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

Dynamite Recruitment is proud to be recruiting a Product Support Technician for a leading, established business based in Petersfield.

The Support Technician will be responsible for managing client relationships, troubleshooting, providing support and dealing with issues and testing.


  • Managing relationships with clients, maintaining all their products, services and systems
  • Providing support and training to end users and helping customers troubleshoot issues by using remote control and providing tips to resolve the problem
  • Talking through issues and testing new updates to existing products
  • Managing the implementation of new products with end users and suggesting improvements
  • Performing demos to clients and providing ongoing support
  • Producing and reviewing reports and supporting with raising proposals and producing systems process documentation
  • Helping to produce business proposals.

The ideal Support Technician will:

  • Be tech-savvy or have a general interest in IT / technical support.
  • Be familiar with app bundles or have an interest in mobile applications.
  • Be a motivated team player with a drive to succeed.
  • Have strong IT skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Have excellent communication and customer services skills.
  • Have exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Be trustworthy and have a can-do attitude.
  • Be flexible with your working hours to accommodate the shifts (between 6am and 10pm) and also be part of the on-call rota which runs 7 days a week / 24 hours a day.
