Process Improvement / Business Change Executive- Hybrid
 
Location: Portsmouth
 
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
 
Hours of work : Monday to Friday , Core working hours
 
Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established client who are growing heavily throughout 2022
 
Due to the continued growth our client is expanding their business and are currently recruiting for a Process Improvement / Business change executive to join the team
 
As a Process Improvement / Business change executive you will support the business in looking at ways to improve current processes 
 
Reporting to the business improvement manager your goal is analyse processes and establish ways to improve processes 
 
In addition, you will support preparation of trainings to upskill further employees in the business
 
 As a Process Improvement / Business Improvement Executive  you will be responsible for:
 
  • Identifying areas of improvement and processes through analysis 
  • Using Excel you will be responsible for the visualisation & mapping of current processes
  • Work in a team and with third parties you will look to provide feedback on how to improve the operations and processes 
  • Support with problem solving & workshops
  • Create, maintain and track relevant KPIs to monitor system progress and report on progress
  • Create bespoke training material on lean management and problem solving & cascade across the organisation
  • Standardise and visualise operation processes to support system development journey
 
      The ideal Process Improvement Analyst:
 
  • Will be advanced in using Microsoft Excel and have the ability to map, analyse and visualise data in Excel
  • Will ideally have project management experience 
  • Hands on and meticulous approach in mapping current process condition and identifying process gaps
  • Strong team working skill and resourcefulness
  • An eye for detail, methodological and meticulous
  • A can-do-attitude
  • Motivated by targets and positive to embark on challenges
  • Resourceful, resilient & energetic
  • Recent graduate or 1-1.5 years relevant work experience in process improvement area would be beneficial should you not have experience 
  • Lean Six Sigma certificate and exposure is a definite plus but isnt essential
