IFA Practice Manager Assistant - FULL TIME Super opportunity
We are working with a super client based in Brighton who has a super role working in a busy and prestige Financial Advisory practice.
The role is working closely with the Practice Manager in all areas of the day to day smooth running of the office, Along with supporting the IFA's in the administration area on a day to day basis with a wide variety of financial products, but specialising in High Net Worth clients based up and down the UK.
For this role we are looking for an individual who a class above the rest in the respect that you would of worked in a IFA environment previously and would have the following exposure to the following duties:
Meeting and greeting clients that come in to the office
Maintain a tidy meeting room
Manage the diaries of the IFA client appointments
Assist in the financial administration distribution to the admin team with the Practice Manager
Assist with the hands on admin tasks
New business applications
Liaising with providers
Obtaining some product quotations
Update of client files
Booking in some client reviews.
Answering the phone and being a point of contact for clients.
For this role we need a individual who has covered some or all of the areas above. You need to be highly professional with a strong phone manner.
Previous track record working in an IFA practice or a strong financial role that is with the Financial industry.
If you have any exams that are industry relevant that is ideal but not essential.
