Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a part-time Payroll Clerk to join an SME business based in Havant. This position will initially sit within the HR department but then will transfer into Finance. The role would be completing end to end payroll and ensure all records are up to date.
The Payroll Clerk duties:
- Maintaining payroll activities for the entire business
- Completing statutory payments and P45’s/P60’s
- Ensuring new starters, leavers and amendments have been processed
- Courteously deal with payroll queries and ensure prompt solution and follow-up actions
- Experience within a similar position
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Can work using own initiative
