Payroll Clerk
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join an SME business based in Fareham. This position will sit within the finance department and will report to the Financial Controller. The role would be processing multiple payrolls on a monthly basis and supporting with ad-hoc finance duties.
The Payroll Clerk duties:
- Maintaining payroll activities for the entire business
- Completing statutory payments and P45’s/P60’s
- Ensuring new starters, leavers and amendments have been processed
- Support with accounts payable and credit control duties
- Courteously deal with payroll queries and ensure prompt solution and follow-up actions
- Experience within a similar position
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Can work using own initiative
