Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a well-established business based in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable team, supporting the Payroll Manager. This position is based within a small team and would be liaising with senior stakeholders.
- Maintaining payroll activities for the entire business, calculating statutory payments
- Process staff record sheets on a monthly basis, journals and reconciliations
- Ensuring new starters, leavers and amendments have been processed
- Courteously deal with payroll queries and ensure prompt solution and follow-up actions
- Supporting the HR function with administrative responsibilities
- Experience within a similar position
- Strong attention to detail and can work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
