Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a temporary basis to join a well-established business based in Southampton. This position will be reporting into the Payroll Manager and would be either remote-working or office-based.
The Payroll Administrator duties:
- Maintaining payroll activities for the entire business
- Completing P45’s & P60’s and payroll reports for managerial review
- Ensuring new starters, leavers and amendments have been processed
- Courteously deal with payroll queries and ensure prompt solution and follow-up actions
- Experience within a similar position
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
- Strong analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
