Payroll Administrator

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator on a six-month FTC to join a well-established business based in Romsey. This position will be reporting into the HR Director and responsible for providing administrative support to both HR and Payroll teams.

The HR & Payroll Assistant duties:
  • Maintaining payroll activities for the entire business, calculating statutory payments
  • Process staff record sheets on a monthly basis, journals and reconciliations
  • Ensuring new starters, leavers and amendments have been processed
  • Support the department to implement a new integrated system
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and can prioritise projects
  • Strong IT literacy skills
