Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and experienced team.
- Ensure that adequate and accurate payroll records are maintained at all times
- Processing payroll including the verification of time sheets and issuing payslips
- Issue P45's and P60's
- Maintain the payroll spreadsheet
- Processing of new starters/leavers on the system
- Checking payroll hours on a weekly/monthly basis
- Calculation of holiday pay accrual
- Check all figures are authorised to paying
- Pay salaries via BACS
- Providing support for payroll queries
- Provide analysis and statistics on payroll costs
- Preparation and assisting with the company pension schemes
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous payroll experience
- Knowledge of SAGE payroll
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
