Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and experienced team.
- Ensure that adequate and accurate payroll records are maintained at all times
- Supporting the payroll team including the verification of time sheets and issuing payslips
- Dealing with HMRC queries
- Understanding the principles of auto-enrolment
- Processing of new starters/leavers on the system
- Checking payroll hours on a weekly/monthly basis
- Check all figures are authorised to paying
- Pay salaries via BACS
- Pension uploads
- Having responsibility for getting new companies onto the system and registered with HMRC
- Providing support for payroll queries
- Confident telephone manner
The Ideal Candidate:
- HMRC and Auto-Enrolment: 1 year
- Payroll administration: 1 year
- Previous payroll experience
- Knowledge of SAGE/Xero/My Paye desirable
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
