Payroll Administrator
£20k-£25k Depending on Experience
Full Time, Permanent Position!


Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join one of our prestigious clients based in Fareham. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a stable and experienced team.

The Role:

  • Ensure that adequate and accurate payroll records are maintained at all times
  • Processing payroll including the verification of time sheets and issuing payslips
  • Issue P45's and P60's
  • Maintain the payroll spreadsheet
  • Processing of new starters/leavers on the system
  • Checking payroll hours on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Calculation of holiday pay accrual
  • Check all figures are authorised to paying
  • Pay salaries via BACS
  • Providing support for payroll queries
  • Provide analysis and statistics on payroll costs
  • Preparation and assisting with the company pension schemes


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous payroll experience
  • Knowledge of SAGE payroll
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
