Job Description

Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £17,907 with a £500 learning bonus when training is completed. (Pro rata)
Hours of work: Monday to Sunday 20 hours between 8am -12pm and alternate weekends OR 30 hours between 4pm and 10pm and alternate weekends. 
You will need to be available to complete full time hours for your training for 4 weeks. (core office hours).
Start date: Immediate start
Dynamite is currently supporting a well-established organisation who is based in the Portsmouth area.
Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit Customer Service agents to join the organisation immediately
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
  • You will assist customers with their general enquiries.
  • You will handle enquiries over the telephone and in writing while providing an efficient, courteous, and professional service always.
  • You will be supporting members and clients across the globe ensuring that you have a good understanding of our company’s products and services.
  • You will identify and proactively seek to resolve and support the needs of every customer and ensure that our service levels are met.
  • Participate in monthly team briefings, training workshops and prepare information for meetings.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have/be:
  • The successful candidate will have a passion for travel and will have excellent customer service experience  
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • You will have a passion for travel
  • Excellent Communication skills- You must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • Excellent listening skills - The ability to use listening skills to understand customers’ needs and to ensure you approach and handle sensitive issues accordingly.
  • Attention to detail - You will have the ability to accurately capture and interpret customer information
  • Experience of handling customer complaints and managing customer expectations
  • Strong PC skills - Excellent knowledge of MS packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
