PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR
HOURS OF WORK :MON - FRI / 09:00 - 14:00
SALARY :£10.25PH / £13,650 per annum
Dynamite Recruitment's long standing, hugely successful client is looking to expand on their current team with the addition of an experienced, adaptable Administrator on a part time basis.
This is a sought after opportunity and would suit somebody who has afternoon commitments or children in school.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting customers via email and on the telephone with general enquiries
- Processing customer orders using the internal system
- Updating customer records on a continuous basis
- Internal liaison with other departments as well as external liaison in order to manage customers orders successfully
- Organising and administering deliveries
- Processing goods in and subsequent invoices.
The successful candidate will have:
- Good communication and customer service skills and experience
- Will have good administration skills and experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good level of experience on Microsoft office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to be able to adapt to company systems
- Able to adhere to tight a final deadlines
- To know when and how to prioritise workload
- Team player
