Job Description

Paraplanner Team Leader - based in Hampshire/ Surrey Border
£30 - 40k + Super Benefits

This role has career development opportunities to advising if desired
We are working on behalf or an exceptional company, who we have supported previously with recruitment with the IFA and Paraplanning roles. This is a small based firm with one of the best status and 5* reviews you can have.

A super name in the market due to the new modern and forward-thinking business model they have, which has won the client them new clients that is giving them a steady flow of new business which in turn now needs support in the technical team.

This role is going to be a Paraplanning and managing role. We are looking for a solid technical Paraplanner who will " run " the department and develop it. We would be looking for someone who is able to liaise with an HNW & UHNW client bank and work on complex and niche cases.

This role is going to be for someone who wants to stick at the job in hand and grow with the business, so we need to find the right person. My client will look at a job share for the right person if needs be.

We will also look at a Paraplanner who wants to just produce a high level of work and if you are not looking the manage a team this is also option. My client has also suggested that the role can develop into an IFA role further down the line. Either way you will have the option to get involved with all aspects of the business (benefits of a small firm)

We are offering an outstanding salary (best in the market place) and superb benefits package. Please can you contact or call 02392 455422
