PA / Personal Assistant
Location: Petersfield
Duration: This position is temporary for 8 weeks.
Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm.
You MUST have a Current Enhanced DBS.

Due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a PA / Personal Assistant to join the organisation immediately
As a PA to the Head, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate complex scheduling and diary management for the Deputy Head ensuring a well-planned business and personal calendar with all ends to end logistics is proactively managed
- Professionally screen and manage phone calls, acting on senior management’s behalf where appropriate
- Management of mail and correspondence; sort, organise and respond to on their behalf as required
- Liaise with senior management concerning priorities, deadlines, policies, and procedures
- Provide care for visitors as required, including refreshments
- Ensure the maintenance of clear and effective filing, records, and other systems and to keep them updated
- Manage actions across three properties, providing helpful and timely reminders of to ensure success and cohesion between all parties
- Update policies in liaison with relevant policy holders
- Develop effective and efficient administration processes and procedures, utilising technology, embracing, and actively implementing a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide ad hoc administration duties as required
- Prioritise daily requests of time
- Be an active member of the staff body and be part of the community Meetings
- Arrange weekly, termly, annual, and other scheduled meetings
- Assemble and prepare papers, agendas, reports, and information for meetings, respond to all requests for information and ensure that management is prepared
- Prepare agenda and take minutes at meetings as requested and cascade to all relevant parties in a timely manner
- Ensure that matters arising from meetings are dealt with by the appropriate people within agreed timescales
- Ensure that management has have relevant information prior to any meeting
- Reports
- Produce a wide range of detailed, complex or specialist documents to high standards of accuracy within tight timescales ensuring that the needs of the senior team are met
- Undertake document and communication proof reading and checks as requested Other
- Any other duties as reasonably required commensurate with the grade of the post Team
As a PA to the Head, you will have/be:
- Will be available to start Immediately
- Will be happy to commit to the duration of the contract
- Will have an enhanced DBS.
- Will have previous experience as a PA, Personal Assistant, Secretary, EA
- Will have strong organisational skills
- Will be a strong communicator
