Duration: This is a temporary contract for 3 months with the potential to extend

Hours of work : Monday to Friday

You will be required to work 39 hours a week on a shift rota between the hours:

07:00am - 18:00pm

Salary: £9.75 per hour

Dynamite Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well established and hugely successful business based in Eastleigh. Our client is very well known as a specialist within their industry and are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Office Coordinator to join their business on a temporary basis.

As a Commercial Office Coordinator you will work as part of a specialist installations team and support them with the coordination of third parties and the client and also support with all round administrative tasks.

Key duties will include the following :

  • Generate tenders and quotations to the value of circa £200m per annum.
  • Co-ordinate the associated contracts and customer orders to the value of circa £80m per annum.
  • Ensure orders and enquiries are executed in an accurate, timely and cost effective manner.
  • Maintain accountability of orders from order input to billing and ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Liaise with internal departments including Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure orders are delivered on time and in the most profitable and efficient way.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships by acting as their internal contact on all aspects of enquiries, queries and orders.
  • Attend off-site customer meetings as required

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have the following

  • Previous experience within customer services and administration
  • An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • A good working knowledge of SAP will be beneficial. .
  • Candidates will be educated to 'A' level standard or equivalent with grades A to C in Math's and English.
  • Previous experience in scheduling , co-ordination , or route planning would be ideal although is not essential
