Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside a nationally recognised company within the energy sector who need an experienced Office Coordinator / Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis covering sick leave.
We need somebody with proven competence in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook etc., and is organised enough to juggle multiple tasks at once.
You will be tasked with:
- Sales administration – processing orders, sales reporting, updating client details, checking contracts, raising purchase orders etc.
- Marketing administration – updating social media, sending marketing emails, conducting market research
- Assisting with project coordination – liaising with suppliers and contractors etc.
- General office administration
