Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join our client based in Southampton.
You do not need to have any previous experience but strong administration and organisation skills are needed.
Salay is £18,500 P/A with room to increase and progress in the future.

The duties of the Office Assistant:
* Supporting the General Manager with day to day duties
* Handling incoming calls and relaying messages
* Managing the General Managers' diary and providing regular updates
* Processing sales orders, carrying out invoices and maintaining customers accounts
* Other adhoc duties will be required from time to time
Experience needed:
* Ideally you will be educated to Degree/ A Level (Biochemistry is hugely desirable)

* Strong communication and admin skills
* You need to be highly motivated, hardworking and organised
* Any interest or knowledge of engineering would be a huge advantage
