Office Administrator/ Office Co-ordinator

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £15000 -£18000 dependent on experience

Hours of work: 9am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday

Due to huge success, our client is looking to develop their Client Support department and are looking for a team administrator with immediate effect
The purpose of this position is to support business customers as well as support a team of specialists from within the office on a daily basis

The role is predominantly to carry out administrative tasks such as the data processing of highly important Information using the CRM, bespoke reporting and any other additional tasks to support the Managed Team.

The role requires the ability to multi-task and you must be able to use multiple systems.

You must also demonstrate excellent data capture skills, and attention to detail

As an Office Administrator/ Coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks

  • To assist in answering the telephone to take any overflow calls when the senior team members have been unable to answer
  • Taking messages accurately and closing the call with courtesy and professionalism
  • Provisioning basic services and placing orders into a specialist system
  • Generating and assisting with bespoke customer reports
  • Management of databases for the team
  • To completing quarterly customer satisfaction survey, make outbound calls to ask a series of questions and feedback to amnagement
  • Ensure all customer data captured on the internal system is up to date, accurate and relevant
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure sales verification and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • To attend meetings with senior team members and meet with clients
