Office Administrator
 
Salary: Up to £22000 dependant on experience

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday core working hours
 
Start date: Immediate start date required
 
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in the Fareham & Southampton area.
 
Due to exciting plans to expand out client is now looking to recruit and office administrator to join the business with immediate effect
 
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
 
  • Ordering goods via suppliers
  • Confirming that orders match and are correct with supplier orders, and ensuring that they are signed and dated correctly
  • Update and maintain company CRM system
  • Supplier updates and updating sales team with delivery dates
  • Booking deliveries
  • Fleet management: Taxing vehicles and change of V5 ownership
  • Answer the telephone and deal with the calls in a professional manner
  • Acting as a main point of contact for clients
  • Producing and updating stock lists
  • To book travel for staff attending events
  • Helping Sales/operational staff with general queries
  • Maintain and monitor office stationery supplies
  • Welcome visitors and providing refreshments
  • Liaising and coordinating on vehicle issues in conjunction with sales team
 
The ideal Office Administrator will have /be
 
  • Previous experience within Administration / Sales Administration
  • You will need to have a “can do” attitude and a proactive approach to your work
  • Numerate with good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Flexible approach to help others
  • Keen problem solver
  • Highly organized
  • Confident
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Customer Service focussed
