Office Administrator

This position will initially be office based however once trained you will have the opportunity to work from home or work on a Hybrid option

Location : Havant / Waterlooville

Salary : £22000 although this is negotiable for the right person

Hours of work: Monday to Friday , core working hours of 9-4  or 9-5

Our client offer a very unique service to their clients and one which isn’t being provided by any other business at this moment in time . As a result of this they have become incredibly busy as their client base grown and they are now looking to increase their headcount

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who can work within an independent business and take ownership of the role . It will a great opportunity to make this role your own , share ideas with the business owners and also to progress

This position will require you to support with the onboarding of new clients ,and manage the compliance for existing clients

It’s a varied position

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for the following

  • Be a main point of contact for clients via email and on the telephone
  • To update the client records using the internal system
  • To manage client expectations
  • To support the business owners with all round general administrator
  • To manage office stationery and orders
  • To manage client contracts – proofreading them , uploading and sending documents whilst chasing the return of the signed documents
  • To manage compliance of clients
  • Data processing of data
  • To work to agreed SLAs and contracts
  • Taking new clients through the onboarding process and, working with  suppliers to bring together all the information to deliver this
  • Managing a review process to check the clients are operating compliantly (getting contracts signed and supporting docs/info are sent to us etc
  •  Managing the renewal process of each client – an expected renewal % will need to be hit
The ideal Office Administrator will have / be
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Will have the confidence to be able to make decisions
  • Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Will have a good eye for detail
  • Will be able to work to deadlines
  • Will be well organised and able to multitask
  • Will be adaptable to change
