Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a Office Administrator in Romsey/Southampton
Full Time - Permanent Role - Working Mon-Fri. 8:30am-5pm. (1 hour lunch)
The duties of the Office Administrator
- Accurately processing sales and purchase orders using in house systems
- Maintaining culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
- general administration duties
- Maintaining culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
- Liaising with other branch offices over the telephone
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational, administrative and telephone skills
- Close attention to detail
- Computer literate able to use Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
