Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a Office Administrator in  Romsey/Southampton
 
Full Time - Permanent Role - Working Mon-Fri. 8:30am-5pm. (1 hour lunch)
Salary : 23,000
The duties of the Office Administrator 
  • Accurately processing sales and purchase orders using in house systems
  • Maintaining culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
  • general administration duties
  • Maintaining culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service
  • Liaising with other branch offices over the telephone
 
The Ideal Candidate:
  •  Impeccable communication skills with a confident telephone manner
  •  Strong organisational, administrative and telephone skills
  •  Attention to detail
  •  Computer literate and knowledge in Word and Excel 
  •  Ability to prioritise workload and manage several tasks at once
