Dynamite Recruitment is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our client based in Southampton. Our client, who specialises in the Marine industry, is keen to speak with candidates who have previous administration/coordination experience and looking for their next step up in their career.
Full Time and Permanent contract
Salary is £23,000- £30,000- Depending on experience 

The duties of the Office Administrator:
 
* Support the departments with admin support 
* Work closely with all departments, ensuring the day runs smoothly
* Producing specific reports and tracking important information 
* Manage the shipping of international packages
* Other Adhoc duties will be required 
 
The Ideal Candidate:
* Impeccable communication skills with a confident telephone manner
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Computer literate and knowledge in Word and Excel 
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage several tasks at once
