National Account Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable for the right person)
Company Car + Phone + Laptop + Full Company Benefits

Realistic OTE of £80,000+


Full Time - Permanent - Monday to Friday

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a National Account Manager to join one of our top clients based in Eastleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a forward thinking, growing company that are a strong leader in their industry.

The Role:

  • To concentrate on retention and development of existing customers
  • Managing your own time and diary to visit clients within your designated territory
  • Prospecting, finding new leads and gaining new business and accounts
  • Achieving sales targets and KPI's
  • Proactively promoting the brand, products and services the business offer
  • Managing existing accounts and maximising sales opportunities
  • Providing excellent customer services and representing the business positively at all times
  • Manages and develops an agreed geographical sales territory
  • Manages larger regional customers
  • To develop new relationships with customers



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a full driving license, however a company car will be provided!
  • Be confident in controlling meetings with customers at boardroom level
  • To have strong negotiation skills
  • Must have previous experience within sales and account management
  • Must have experience in B2B selling a service
  • Must be willing to work on a National basis
  • Will have excellent communication and people skills.
  • Must be target driven and result focused.
  • Needs to be IT literate and comfortable working with numbers and percentages.
