Salary ranging from £22,000 to £26,000 P/A depending on experience
- Manage customer's claims from own damage to third party damage.
- Ensuring that data protection checks are run on each customer calling in.
- Manage customer expectations realistically.
- Liaising with internal and external teams with strong and effective communication.
- Overcoming objections and ensuring the customer receives a fantastic service
- Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience as a Motor Claims Handler
- You must be customer-focused with great communication skills and good attention to detail.
- Must have good basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills.
